The room ammenities were modern and plentiful, with large tv, tv in the bathroom, large bed, coffee machine and huge cupboards for your clothes, etc. The staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was plentiful.

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.

The moment we stepped through the doors we were warmly greeted. The staff were warm, friendly, polite and professional. The hotel is absolutely magnificent, the details have been preserved and accentuated. It was spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. We have stayed in some great places but this was by far the best of them all. Set away from any noise it was peaceful and the outlook serene and picturesque. It was our last night in Switzerland and it was perfect. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Beautiful little boutique hotel. The very spacious superior room that we had was light and sunny, and has a little balcony and a lovely view of the lake and mountain behind. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    St Moritz is a "to-do" once in your life.

    St Moritz is a "to-do" once in your life. There are lots of shops, good restaurants and great scenery BUT without skiing and the winter landscape St Moritz is not that special - nice place to visit but over-priced - one day and one-night during summer is sufficient to scratch the visitor's itch. Staying at St Moritz-bad is a bit cheaper whilst still close to everything and an easy walk to the big-name shops and good restaurants. Getting around by local bus (including to-from Bahnhof) is super easy, except the on-bus electronic ticket machines can be difficult. We stayed one-night and one-day and thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Very expensive town with a mixture of nice Swiss...

    Very expensive town with a mixture of nice Swiss architecture and horrible apartment blocks that look they come from North Korea. Very expensive and in some ways, hard to see what the fuss is about. There are many nice towns in Europe and this was not the prettiest. It's famous for people who are rich and famous but if that's not you, I'd suggest skipping it.

    We did not realize that May is a slow shoulder month when...

    We did not realize that May is a slow shoulder month when many facilities are closed including the gondola. We only ate out once and that was upon our arrival. The two evenings and full day there, we purchased food from the market and prepared in our townhouse. We had a lovely walk around the lake and attended the only open art museum which was really good (Segantini Museum).

    St. Moritz is in a lovely location surrounded by high mountains. There are nice hiking trails and the walk around the lake is beautiful. The city is an unattractive mix of architectureal styles and trendy shops .

    I was amazed I was able to book this nice hotel that's located so conveniently to the buses, funicular to skiing, and world class dining and shopping for such a reasonable cost. Don't bother to bring a car because you won't need one.

    Lovely to visit the Palace Badrutt, the Roo Bar and a bus trip to Covavitch. Great restaurant was the Cresa Veglia pizza restaurant. Roo bar in a great spot for people watching. The lake view from a visit to the Badrutt Palace hotel. You can walk everywhere. Skiing is easily accessible

    The hotel is immaculately clean with a perfect location. Bus stops are right outside of the front door and the shuttle to and from the train station is super helpful. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have done more for me. Julien and Francesco at reception were great with recommendations and Carola helped me plan sightseeing and hiking. It was always lovely to see Luca and Davide in the restaurant at the start and end of every day who even remembered my coffee order every morning!

    Rooms as per online description, cleanliness, polite staff, great restaurant with long enough evening opening hours (very important for Switzerland and especially on Sundays), location was excellent very central and views from the room. As a plus I would also count the hotel bar in -1 that has a live performance (very talented guitarist) and very good drinks (price and quality).

    Generally a clean hotel (though toilet had not been cleaned prior to us arriving) otherwise appeared clean and this was maintained through our stay. The restaurant Riccardo’s was amazing however. Definitely would rate this and the staff also were very helpful and friendly.

    The hotel had great facilities (washing machine, games room, spa, restaurant). The staff were all incredibly lovely and the place also has a special taxi price for patrons. The breakfast was also great with lots of choices.
