Had an amazing stay. I love everything about the hotel. Strategic Location, a good base, to visit the different points of interest by train, bus or on foot. The mountain view from the hotel itself is spectacular. Excellent Service from booking until after check-out. I felt that the entire service team delivered their utmost best and geniunely love their work which translates to great customer experience.

The view from the balcony was fascinating! I am still seeing it in front of my eyes. Breakfast was good - nothing special. The size of the room is ok, we were two people with a apartment (two rooms) and we had enough space, but in the regular double room is quite small. Anyways, those small minuses fades when I remember the view and the helpful stuff there. I really recommend the place to everyone visiting Murren <3!

Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. The hotel has a good view and is very quiet. There are no other hotels around. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded the room for us. The breakfast is delicious. We have cooked delicious food after travelling in the past few weeks. It's a pity that we don't have time to experience dinner and SPA. The wine is also great.

    This place is for people who don't like to see other people :-). The chalet is located at the end of the road in Stechelberg, so you don't have much traffic. The hotel restaurant is about 50m from the chalet. The chalet itself has a terrace with unbeatable panoramic view of the mountains including Breithorn. This is an ideal place for relaxation or hiking or both. Highly recommended!

    It was my fourth time at this place. I enjoyed every momemnt with my friends. We did a hike from Stechelberg “Winteregg loop” and had a Fondue for a dinner at The Alpenhof Mountain House (there is equipment for that). You just need to buy cheese. Diane is such a warm and friendly person. We felt like in a family. She took very good care of us. Until next time!

    Location is close to the bus stop. It has almost everything you need to self cater. It was comfortable and warm. It had a great selection of TV channels. Including most of the UK mainstream channels.its lovely and quiet even though its is on the road to Stechelberg.

    Lovely Traditional Swiss Hotel, B&B Staff Were simply amazing considering I didn’t speak a word of German and very limited French. Stunning Fresh food at a reasonable price + breakfast included was a bonus. Extremely Clean - even shared facilities

    It was a cosy little spot with a vintage feel. Great location for the stechelberg cable car. Comfy beds, great parking spot for our van. Very friendly host.
