Very quaint town along the Rhein river. Easy to drive to Schaffhausen and Rheinfalls. Also easy access to the boats going up and down the river. In fact we used this hotel twice because it was so good; once on the outbound trip and once on the inbound trip. We loved the regalia in the corridors; the polar bears, the suit of armour. The rooms were quaint. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was a real blessing. The hotel was wonderfully situated and you could dine overlooking the lake.
