Almost everything about our stay was amazing. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very fresh food (breakfast was really good). The surrounding area was none other than breathtaking. Our room was always warm and had a fantastic view of the lake. I would definitely consider staying here again

Breakfast was quite good, with fresh coffee and expresso being prepared for us. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. There was a mini-bar, which helped with the warm Summer climate. The bathroom was gorgeous. The shower was really good. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

    The Hotel Freihof is unattended by staff. You have to go to a sister hotel - Seminar Hotel - 650m away to check in. Check in staff at the sister hotel were very nice and explained clearly how to access Hotel Freihof. The room was clean and comfortable. No air conditioning but a fan was in the room. The pub next door is worth a visit also :)

    We never got there. Hotel Roessli cancelled our Room 24 hours before check in. (We suspect a 'double' booking). Ms Julia Haraszti was very helpful in organising an alternative hotel in Lindcham (SwissEver Hotel). This Hotel was relatively new and nice and clean.

    Lovely location by the lake. Beautiful view of the lake from the breakfast room, particularly when sitting outside in the veranda. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help as well. The bar at the hotel is also a really nice environment and decor.
