Well equipped studio which had everything we needed. Very friendly owners. Location is great, near the bus stop, train station and supermarket. We will definitely come back when visiting Villeneuve in the future!

This is a wonderful privately owned and operated hotel. It makes a change from the sameness of the multiples. Waiters are in white jackets and bows with excellent customer service. The location itself is a little village in its own right up a steep hill overlooking Montreux and the lake. The view in the morning is the most magnificent view I have ever had while enjoying breakfast. Staff are friendly, especially Jasmine, on reception. This hotel represents old world values in the best possible sense.

One of the best hotel that I stayed in Swiss. The hotel is new and so clean. The room comes with comfort bed, and has two seperated wet & dry toilet. The breakfast is so delicious and the staffs are passion and responsible. Will recommend friends!!

    The hotel was comfortable and unassuming, yet provided everything I needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, the bedroom was neat with ample space for clothing, and the shower room was well appointed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. What makes this hotel so special it its staff who provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond in their provision of help and good service. I was not on holiday, but dealing with a family crisis. I felt well supported and cared for.

    The property is very well situated on the banks of lake Geneva. We were really impressed with the overall quality of the apartment and its picturesque setting. The apartment is well equipped and has most things you need to make your stay comfortable. An added bonus was the breakfast in the hotel which we weren’t expecting and staff were really helpful!

    Everything we could possibly need in the property was there, including travel adaptor plugs, slippers and a coffee machine! The hosts were also incredibly helpful and on hand with advice on what to do in the area based on what you wanted from your holiday to villeneuve
