Staff was super friendly! They tried to make everything as nice as possible and help out with every need. Also, room got randomly upgraded to an even bigger and prettier one (would have been just as happy with my original booking but still super happy about it and amazing surprise ☺️)

Besides the breathtaking views “arosa card” was included in the hotel price. It was a pleasant surprise for our family since all activities like rope park, rental boat on the lake and sky lifts of the village were free of charge with that card.

    The treatment of the hotel staff was excellent, the food in the hotel restaurant is a strong point of the accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean and quiet.
