Second time there. Very clean and modern hotel. Good quality in bed and linen. Nice and safe area. Free self-service laundry. Flexible and very professional staff, speaks english as well. I recommend the excellent breakfast.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and assisted us with taxis and other transportation matters. The hotel is clean and bright with great park views. The rooms are clean comfortable and bright. We also liked the location and we walked every to most attractions. There’s plenty of dining options within an easy walk.

Nice boutique hotel located in a quiet street in central Santiago. The Bellas Artes metro station is right around the corner. It's also walking distance to many tourist attractions. The area feels very safe, and there are many shops, markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The heating is with A/C and it worked well. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.
