    This hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the cruise terminal. Wonderful views from our room, which was very well equipped with what one would expect from a hotel. Appreciated that the reception people spoke english. Lovely breakfast and good wifi signal. We felt very safe as we explored our surroundings. One thing that was annoying was the fact that you had to purchase tickets to enter the casino to get to the restaurant within. There were no clear instructions on the machine, so had to ask the reception desk a couple of times. We would also suggest that perhaps a sign with english instructions on said machine might be helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

    It was a nice, quiet neighborhood that we were in.

    It was a nice, quiet neighborhood that we were in. Food was good at the restaurant at the hotel and nearby restaurants as well. Prices for food were very reasonable. We did not have a car so we just walked around the area we were in. Our patio with a view of the ocean and the port were great! The breakfast room was nearby, as was the restaurant.

    My husband and I have enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel, in San Antonio, Chile! I booked for 2 nights, before the day of our embarkment with Holland America going South America. The hotel location is the best! surprisingly good hot breakfast is included with your stay. We checked out at noon, waited in the lobby for an hour before pulling our luggage to the cruise terminal. From the front door, turn left following the boardwalk toward the end, about 100 meters or 125 yards. The gate of the cruise terminal is on your right. I took these pics from our room.
