The best thing, apart from the really interesting location, room comfort and the food was the front desk ladies - they made our holiday truly a Chinese experience - they were great ambassadors for their country - helped with bookings, transport and had great advice to make the most of the attractions. Every recommendation made by them was gold - from choice of restaurants, bars and sights - and came with good instructions in English on how to get there.

The style, functionality and atomosphere of the hotel was great. It has a very homely feeling especially in the common area. The rooms were very well designed -- plugs where you need them, hairdryer, slippers, sufficiently furnished bathroom, hooks to hang clothing, chairs and good amount of space. It's a very pleasant stay. Laundry machines were very good quality too, and the coffee machine was decent. There's a cafe at the lobby which sells really good coffee. A little far from the train station but not too bad still!

The room was enormous and had a great view. The bathroom was a great size too. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large and had a full range of Asian and Western options. The lobby smelled amazing.

The staff at the property were fantastic, I’ve never been to a property before where you are treated like a part of the family and looked after in every way possible right from the minute you wake up to the minute you go to sleep. The rooms are totally modernised and the location of the hotel is perfect, I cannot recommend staying here enough and when I return to Beijing this will be the only hotel I will ever stay in.
