The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

Amazing! Make sure u have adress in Chinese and show it to taxi driver… really nice hotel, comfortable and good location! I will be back:) good breakfast . Pillows and blankets are the best ! I went to 100 countries and never slept in such a comfortable bed !
