It’s so close to the wall. You can sit in the gardens and look at the wall. The staff were exceptional. Incredibly helpful in guiding us about wall tickets etc. The hotel shuttle to the wall was a lovely vehicle and the entire hotel felt extremely classy and high end. It makes going to the wall a lovely experience, rather than a rushed bus tour.

Absolutely amazing stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed large and comfortable. Mickey is the perfect host! Super helpful. Picked us up from the base of the great wall for check in and then took us up in the morning helping with tickets!! The breakfast was amazing. The best one we had on our trip. The coffee was so good!! Would happily stay here again. Nice and close to the wall so very convenient. Highly recommend.

Stuff is very good and help us starting from collecting us from airport with low rate and make the check in without take the money and drop us to great wall of china free. The room is very Beautiful. While the price was a little high compared to other places of this standard, you cannot beat it for its location and the serenity of the environment that it is situated within. The staff are great and do their best to make sure that you have what you need and when you need it. The views from the room, if it isn't foggy, are simply stunning and time seems to stand still when you are staying there. Stan kindly provided us with transport to and from the Great Wall and this helped to set up a wonderful day for us.

Stayed there only for 1 night on April, but was charmed by the vibe and authenticity. Room has all necessary stuff for staying, it’s cozy, with traditional details in interior. Also you can participate in master classes: cook dumplings or make traditional lucky sache). Owners made it perfect for guests to have the whole cultural experience. Great Wall is close, and the views are amazing. If you go by yourself on subway, it’s a bit hard to get. Better prepare in advance. On taxi it took 1,5 hour. But the location is worth it.
