The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. Loved that my exhibition that I was attending at National Exhibition and Convention Centre Shanghai was only a few meters away and I could walk there whenever I wanted. The environment along with exclusive club facilities was very comfortable and enjoyable. Truly value for money!
