Great location,close to park entrance. It is a brand new hotel with nice view and pool. The room was very comfortable and bed was soft. The warm smiles from staff, they offer shutter service to east gate from hotel and book all the entrance tickets that we need. The little touches made my stay incredibly special. Perfect stay and highly recommend to everyone who want to explore Avatar Park.

Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

It is a new hotel, close to the east gate (offered free shuttle by hotel), Staff were all very friendly and willing to help with providing recommendations book attraction tickets,pick up service in advance . Good Location,Rooms are clean ,tindy and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious and varied to get a good star in the morning.

This place is a total gem! The location can't be beat – just a 2-minute walk to the park. The front desk staff is amazing; they spoke great English and helped us book tickets and plan our day. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee, and the gym was a nice bonus. So many restaurants and shops right downstairs. Highly recommend for an easy and fun trip!​

Excellent location for the east gate of park entrance.They explained how to tour the park and bought the tickets for us. The staff was also very pleased with the service.Great restaurants,many shop on the same street! Good value for the price!
