During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!

The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.

Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haikou, this is it.

Good value for money, it’s a resort yet located near the city centre. Very well maintained, great customer service, very good breakfast with many choices. Definitely we can highly recommend the place. We came with two kids, they enjoyed the stay here!

    The reception n driver at the hotel were helpful n approachable . The bathroom need to have a curtain as I find very undignified if having at night whether can see through or not. Too many insects as environment full of plants which can't help Breakfast which not provide coffee or tea or not serving? Some breads pl Need to teach how to turn gas cooker , TV but I managed to ask the driver to turn the air condition because I don't read Chinese as I'm ashamed of myself as I was not to send to Chinese school by my parents Other wise reason price to stay

    The design of the hotel is very unique? the hotel makes people feel at home: especially the servce of Jenny Wang at the front desk is very good. very good!!! Also very enthusiastic teach me how to take a taxi!!! And fruit twice. Thank yju so mach!!! Moon cakes are also recommended!!! Very delicious! Five-star service!!! Ten- stars for Janny Wang!!! Free sea view room for us, you can enjoy the sea view notfar away, live in a hotel preferred hotel.

The hotel, though in an older commercial building, was well furnished, comfortable, and clean providing an excellent stay.
