Everthing especially the free pick up service. In the morning when the vehicle was not at the hotel the staff ordered a free taxi for me. I'm very grateful for that. Will definitely book this hotel again when I have another long flight transfer in Guanzhou.

The bed was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport’s T1 - just go up 2 escalators in Pullman’s Hotel (which is next door) and you’ll see the walkway to the airport.

Ella is the best!! She totally went out of her way to make sure I got to where I was going to. The rest of the staff also very helpful. Quite different from the hotels where i've stayed in the area before.
