I was greeted with a warm welcome at reception right after my flight, and it was so nice that English was spoken fluently. The hotel room met all my expectations and was perfect for a quick stopover.

Everything is great. The only downside is that you need to take a taxi from the airport, unlike Pullman, which you can walk to from the airport. And many taxi drivers refused to go because it was very close and demanded an extra payment not according to the meter. And I really liked the hotel itself, everything is great!

For transfer passenger is a good place to stay over night. There is a free bus from airport to hotel they will pick you up and drop you off. I could check in at 1 am when i had to transfer. There is kfc in front of the hotel easy to find some food to eat.

Excellent service from Leeds and Terrence when ATM kept my card, they helped me to get it back from the bank. Great food even Western style food at buffet. Shuttle to Canton fair free and also to airport terminals. Very friendly staff, they all do try their best to assist in English. Will definitely stay here again.
