The hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We had to get up very early in the morning and didn't really expect breakfast even though it's included in the booking. However, the hostess got up even earlier than us and prepared toast, coffee, and egg in the kitchen for everyone. What a lovely way to start our day!

We stayed here for two weeks in July. I always stay in Baisha when I visit Lijiang and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The room was spacious and great for the three of us. My children enjoyed playing and drawing upstairs. Thanks to the owner and staff for a wonderful stay!

Baisha is a fantastic place to live in Lijiang, we can see the snow mountain clearly through the big window, location was great by the side of main road, quiet in the yard at night, we enjoyed our stay there.

Super amazing service from the staff! kindly assisted us with anything and upgraded our room. Always have drinks and snacks available. Restaurant cafe onsite is delicious. Room is comfortable and cosy set amongst either a courtyard garden or in the farm yard where vegetables are grown.

I am very impressed with the service here. The staff are very helpful and gave us a lot of tip traveling around the city. The room is very clean and we really love the design of the entire property. The room has a minimalist aesthetic with nice wood finishing. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. We hope we could stay longer here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect. The scenery is so beautiful. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful. They make you feel like you’re at home. The hotel and facilities are lovely.

Hospitality was above and beyond. Warm welcome from the hosts, including adorable friendly Corgi dog. Every dish we ordered at dinner was delicious! Pancake for breakfast was yummy and comforting. Sandwiches packed to go on the day of our hike were just what we needed. Clean room, warm at night. Comfortable beds. Balcony off every room with an outstanding view of the mountains. Washing machine on site. Steps from the start of the Tiger Leaping Gorge Trail. If your doing the trail, be sure to get an excellent coffee near the sky ladder-it happens to be run by the host’s son and is delicious!
