I really satisfied with the hotel services and design of building. It’s very clean and fresh. The meals were very nice. There were buffet meals and it’s easy to choose your own favourite food. The hotel also has SPA service and kids rooms.

I have travelled to many countries and cities around the world and this is the hotel I have been most satisfied with so far. The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

I really loved it. Beautiful, fresh lobby. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Decent breakfast. Great value. Near the beach. Short ride to Sanya. Used the gym, which was good also. Used the pool which was great. Even listened to the live music! Great for families I think - though I was just there with a friend. Top marks!

Great Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Friendly Staff The hotel was very clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and welcoming, especially manager Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is peaceful, away from the noise of the city but still close enough to the center to get there easily. Perfect balance of calm surroundings and convenience. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel looks and feels grand with Great facilities! The room is clean, spacious and comfortable- a separate bath, toilet and a bathtub. The slide kids bunk bed is a hit. The kids love the bunk bed. The stay includes an unlimited free entrance to the indoor playground. Breakfast spread is good :). The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!

    It is a beautiful island, although in the city Sanya it is a proper city with skyscrapers, a lot of buildings. SO if you search for a paradise small island you will be maybe disapointed. You have to know that in China everyhing is big and prepared for millions of people at once. The beach we stayed, Dadong was beautiful. There is a lot of restaurants, shops. It looks like Sanya would be the prefferend island of Russian people. Everywhere you see the Russian writing. Very few people know some English. We have eaten in small restaurant where normally local people would go- Lanzhou Ramen. You also need to try the desserts with coconut milk. Delicious hand made icecream. Fresh fruits are sold everywhere. They have everything!!! It is easy and not expensive to travel, we have used DIDI aplication. There is a lot of activities in the beach with resonable prices. We have visited the paradise island Wuzhizhou. It is beautiful but you can only swimm in ONE place on the island. ENJOY your stay in Sanya!

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed.

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed. Nice beach, though the sea can be rough from time to time. There are some tourist attractions, and places to go. Tones of restaurants and shops, easy to get to. The airport is nearby. I can quite recommend it.

    We enjoyed our stay at Alantis Sanya , the hospitality extended by Alantis Sanya staff , big thanks to Ms Dikshya Kunwar, provided us with the VIP check-in， smooth and fast , upgrade our room , also breakfast is great , Very good spread.     The most beautiful and peaceful place ever.

    The most beautiful and peaceful place ever. Haitang Bay Mushe Villa and Haitang Bay Beach are my favorite places there. Night street and nearby cafeteria we eat. For families with young children, the pool outside the villa was great and water park was interesting.

    Nanshan cultural center was good. The beaches are clean. Not too great. Views from the beaches are not that great. Probably is an ideal place to spend a couple of days in the beach and go around hiking for another 2- 3 days. Did not find anything extraordinary for what was projected about the place before I travelled. The weather during my stay( early November) was excellent. The jogging tack along the beach is another thing which is a great plus for early morning walkers. The Go-Mart stores has few restaurants near to the Hotel I stayed. Not a great place to do shopping either.

    A tropical city resort that caters almost exclusively for Chinese domestic tourism, plus a few Russians. There's a wide selection of luxury hotels but not much to do apart from relax by the pool, shop at a mall and eat at Chinese restaurants. Yalong Bay is prettier than Sanya Bay. For your money you will get better value and service in Southeast Asian destinations like Thailand and Vietnam and Bali. But if you like seafood and speak Chinese you'll enjoy it.

    Mr Sims acknowledged our request to upgrade our room as we were family of 4. He ensured our request were met as we celebrated our Anniversary and My Birthday at the hotel by decorating our room and Sending Yummy Cakes & made me Feel so special Kinds Enjoyed at the hotel as it offered 3 Huge Pools , the Infinite Pool experience was Just Amazing !!! Breakfast was Exceptional and Service Level was always 1 notch up compared to any other hotel in China. Overall we had An Amazing Family Time … we would highly recomend to Stay at 1 HOTEL.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and there is a small supermarket down the road. The staff were helpful and conscientious of the fact we had our baby with us, so they kept the cleaning times to when our baby was awake which was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out was efficient. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had a wide variety and the food was good quality. When we asked to change rooms we were moved promptly.

    Location was good, just opposite a night market and 15min away by car from Sanya station. Rooms were spacious , clean and kitchen well equipped . There’s also a tour desk at the hotel lobby which you can easily book some local sightseeing tours or other fun activities like offshore fishing, exploring the sea bed at low tide .

    Good price/quality value considering you may use almost all facilities of Hualuxe hotel near by. It was one of the best hotel for kids that I have been so far. Great beach in ~5 mins walking from the hotel with free beach toys for kids.
