First of all, incredibly polite and welcoming staff. Will take care of pretty much anything. Room was huge and extremely clean. View was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful waiters as well. Hotel facilities are phenomenally. There was not a single bad thing about this hotel, I’m definitely coming back! Recommend!

Great location close to a metro line making it very accessible to visit Guangzhou tower and the city centre. Service from the hotel staff was impeccable and they offered fresh tea, coffee and snacks for guests in the lobby. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. absolutely stunning place to stay and lovely area surrounding the hotel too for walks, convenience store and restaurants. we had a river view room for 4 nights to attend canton fair. highlight was the boat/ferry ride to canton fair and back each day…buffet breakfast on board in the morning and we took our own drinks on board on the way back. service is amazing and another highlight was the bath/shower that overlooked the river and the automatic blinds and curtains for a solid night’s sleep on a comfortable bed. not the crazy hard beds you often get in china.
