Hotel with amazing service in a great location! This hotel is located in the old district which is perfect for sightseeing. The staff of the hotel is attentive, helpful and willing to bend over backwards to help the travelers. We are a family of 4 with 2 children traveling. They made sure our kids had everything they needed during our stay. We would stay here again. This hotel has a local feel to it with an excellent restaurant downstairs in the courtyard, which was full with customers every evening. The breakfast was also varied and adequate. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

I love my stay in Xishu Garden in , the hotel is foreign friendly which is very important in china i stayed in the shared hostel room and it was very clean -I like that the bathroom was inside the room the location is amazing , it is not far from the metro and the area was lively but still quit inside the hotel - the breakfast was amazing mix of local and intercontinental option which was exceptional, the staff and the manager were very helpful and friendly.

Whole experience was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Location was cool. However, the highlight was the staff. Joy and the team helped with everything that we needed and really aided us in a bit of crisis. Can't recommend them highly enough.
