The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. The host and his team are very accommodating. The room is comfortable. We recommend.

I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.

Awesome experience! Room was looking like at photos. Clean, comfy, fancy. Stuff is friendly and nice. we had a free transfer from and to airport. Also it has washing machines in common area, after hike we were really need it :) The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the southern entrance to the park. On the way back, be careful when choosing a shuttle (we made mistake and going to another entry) but at second time ask driver to explain which shuttle we needed.

The people at reception were super kind and helpful. Lily spoke very good English and make communication very easy. They helped me plan my time in Zhangjiajie. They also provided free drop to nearby locations.

Excellent location with a short walk to Zhangjiajie National Park. The nearby village is charming to watch sunrise and sunset. Clean and tranquil environment. Guesthouse beds come with mattresses equipped with heaters for the cold weather. Anthony, the host, not only speaks immaculate English but is also very knowledgeable about the place. He's incredibly nice and helpful in purchasing our national park tickets, planned our itineraries, arranged all our transportation, cooked breakfast and dinner for us, and ensuring everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay at Mountainside Guesthouse and highly recommend it for your visit. That was our first trip to China, and our family had a wonderful and memorable time in Zhangjiajie.

Loved everything, location is close to the park gate. Stuff was friendly and open to communication, ready to help. The manager helped us to book tickets in advance with little discount. She made the perfect route for a two days trip, so we didn’t have to line for hours. Thanks❤️

We had SUCH AN AMAZING TIME! The amenities are exactly as they're shown in the pictures AND MORE! The hotel itself is worth exploring (almost like a resort) so definitely book yourself an extra night to relax and enjoy the facilities if possible. The staff arranged all pick-ups and drop-offs for arriving/leaving and all the sights nearby, it's like you have a private driver! I suggest you also eat at the restaurant there, it's fresher and you can pre-order so it's ready when you get back from the day's activities. You will probably notice the amount of tea "things" in the hotel. The owner also runs a tea business and one of the staff there is a tea barista (her name is Mao Mao, super helpful and nice) so definitely spend some time to try out and learn about the different Chinese teas, you are in China after all.

Amazing support of staff. They can easily arrange your parks tickets and each evening explain to you next day plan.Excellent location literelly by the Park Entrance. There is the evening food market just in front of your window every day. You can hardly find better staying in this city!
