This hotel is fantastic! Great quality for the price. The location is super convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym is good, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options. They even helped us book tickets! Really smooth and pleasant experience—highly recommend!

The hotel is really close to the airport (was only a few minutes by car) and within walking distance of the entrance of Tianmenshan National Forest Park. The breakfast was probably one of the best we had during our entire vacation (they also asked us what we wanted to eat on the day of our arrival), and the staff was friendly and really helpful. They helped us book the entrance tickets to Tianmenshan National Forest Park on time, picked us up from the airport for free, and even drove us to our next hotel in Wulingyuan. Definitely recommend staying here!!

The hotels location was ideal, being close to downtown and 10 minutes to tianmen mountain by taxi. Free coffee in the lobby, breakfast was good . The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Good stay in Zhangjiajie city.

Dan Dan was a great help in getting us tickets and showing us what was possible in our time at Zhangziazie. The place was clean and offered a free laundry room to wash clothes. They also offered shuttle service free of charge to the airport and back.
