The hotel is great, they provide free shuttle service to Pudong Airport, which is very convenient for me. We had a pleasant conversation on WeChat, the breakfast was nice, the Disneyland shuttle service was good, and everyone was friendly.

Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.
