The staff - every encounter was wonderful from my initial text and in-person communications with the concierge at the front desk, check-in, bar, restaurant, the meals, the drinks, the smiles... The way I was treated, I felt like I owned the place! I especially enjoyed my breakfast each morning, the engaging conversations with various members of the staff (fun labor translating back and forth with lots of smiles), the grilled whole fish dinner and the careful preparation of all 17 Pina Coladas I ordered across 5 days... Very personalized, very professional, very happy environment.
