Honestly, everything was awesome and I cannot complain about anything. Definitely can’t find something of this quality for this price. The area is safe. Everything is super clean. The staff are beyond friendly. We were so grateful after a full day of travel overnight. If we ever come back to Bogota, we will definitely stay again.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. Every time I visit Bogota I booked in El Dorado. Is located in a centric but quiet area at the same time, close to Parque de la 93. The room was clean and organized. Thank you to Claudia the helper. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The food in both restaurants was excellent. We enjoyed the "Ceviche de chicharrón, ajiaco, club sandwich", at the Origin Restaurant everything was good. Also, the food at the Mai Tai Restaurant was delicious. The reception staff, the room cleaning staff, the waiters, and the waitresses are all very friendly and try to please you in everything.

    Bogota, like other places in Colombia, is steeped in cautious optimism for the future. Everywhere we saw people, representing Colombia's mix of cultures, interacting with us and each other with friendliness and creative energy. We recommend the Graffiti tour, Monserrate, and museums - Oro, Nacional & Botero. Walking around Candelaria and nearby neighborhoods is magical. Bogota is also the jumping off place for the Amazon, the Caribbean coast and Medellin - all of which we enjoyed.

    I love Bogota, the weather and the people are wonderful. it is like a combination of the good of a developed and the good of a developing country all in one. Of course there is some things that need improving, but it is a very nice combination of features.

    Traffic is horrible and there is only bus service (no metro like Medellin and other more comparable cities). Give yourself ample time for transport if you're visiting the city. A 12km ride at 0700 from the airport to another part of the city took almost 2 hrs. The drive back at 1000 took 75 minutes. Good food. Helpful people. Wonderful museums. I prefer Medellín over Bogota for it's green spaces and ease of getting anywhere on the Metro.

    Bogota is great, vibrant and exciting with friendly inhabitants. Where Toscana lodge is situated is perfect for long stays, like mine. It is reasonably close to el Centro and I walk to town every 2nd day, yet it is in the middle of Chapinero within walking distance to four Supermarkets. I would stay here again without a doubt.

    We were is Bogota for three days, and that seemed to be the right length of stay for our family. We liked the Candelaria District for its colonial architecture, restaurants, street vendors, and murals. We highly recommend the Botero Museum (free admission six days a week, though closed on Tuesdays), as well as Parque Simon Bolivar. We used Uber and taxis to get from place to place around town. The altitude and temperature of Bogota suited us well- a very welcome break from summertime temperatures of 100 F (34 C) back home.

    City with history, museums, restaurants, malls, shops, parks in many locations throughout. The hotel stay was in a great location. Just the right distance to public transportation such as bus stations with the alternative choice of modes of transportation like taxi, uber, ride services. This city is very condensed in population. I do not recommend renting a car for self-driving. Let the experts move, drive you throughout the city.

Only bad thing is cannot leave luggage here

    It’s a perfect location for people who catch early morning flight from the international airport. The room was specious and in quiet location. There’s restaurants and shops nearby. You can take Uber to the center of Bogotá ( 12000-25000COP). The staff don’t speak English, but Google translator helped me to communicate with the staff. Breakfast was included in the price. You don’t need to pay before your arrival, which many accommodations required in Colombia. They accept card payment.

    We were so impressed by the Windsor House Hotel that we stayed there again at the end of our vacation in Colombia. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and professional, the large breakfast each morning was a treat and the location (only 10 minutes' walk from Parque 93) could not have been better. Far and away, the best hotel that we stayed in when we were in Colombia. Plus, the price for a hotel of this quality and standard was exceptional.

    This is the second time we have stayed here when we’ve been to Bogota and definitely come back again. Close to airport and an airport transfer can be arranged at a small extra cost. Rooms clean, beds comfortable and lovely little breakfast. Danilo the receptionist is great, a credit to the hotel, always warm and welcoming with a huge smile.
