The location is unique! The rooms are amazing… your own swimming pool, jacuzzi, open shower, big sofa, amazing nature… The hotel is in the middle of the jungle and can only be reached by boat or ATV. Extraordinary experience and very special hideaway. The staff is super kind and attentive. They are not transactional like in other hotels where every task is in exchange for a tip; at Tewimake there is a genuine willingness to make your experience great and it shows (and that’s why you should tip 😊). Finally, they will accommodate any activity you want to do, and there are plenty!! (Taurina National Park, surf, padel, Etc. All in all, would totally recommend, amazing experience.

The location on the river and actually in a small archaeological site were fantastic. Food was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. the bed was very comfortable.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem. The mule pick-up service added a unique touch, making us feel like true adventurers as we arrived at the property. Our room had breathtaking views and we couldn't get enough of the ever-changing panorama and the sounds of the river stream and birds around us. We enjoyed Polo's culinary skills, showcasing local flavors and ingredients. The chocolate tour was an absolute highlight! Learning about the process while indulging in treats was an experience we won't soon forget. Also the inclusion of local fruits from the grounds was a delightful touch. It felt like a genuine connection to the land and its offerings. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, Polo's warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. This was the most incredible place I have stayed. A true perfect oasis. The French family are lovely. You are in gorgeous jungle, there's a private river, the private terrace was incredible with hammock and views of the mountains. A little slice of heaven, you have to stay here. 20 min walk to the beach. Nice and quiet. Moto taxis. 100% stay here

What an amazing place. Firstly the location, only 20mins from Palomino, but you feel like your world's away. A truly beautiful part of the earth, serine, tranquil and one of the most beautiful views I've had the pleasure of seeing in Colombia and beyond. All enjoyed with the comfort of some beautifully designed cabanas. Secondly, the two wonderful lady's who welcome you warmly, and continue that throughout your stay. They provide a great calm, relaxed, atmosphere that only adds to the location. The food in a delight, healthy, fresh. Great communal area with well stocked kitchen and a pool...... I could go on...... Highly recommend!!!!
