The location on the river and actually in a small archaeological site were fantastic. Food was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. the bed was very comfortable.

There is a 20 minutes walk to get to the finca and you follow the beautiful stream, sound of water along the way & see all the variety of plants growing. I got a warm welcome from the staff & Polo. To my surprise there was a delicious treat once I arrived. I like the fact that we are further from all the touristy areabut still close by with the bus or motortaxi. It almost feels like a mini community & i would definitly stay more than 1 night when i come again. Polo uses alot of his own produce thats on the finca to prepare the meals so the flavors of the food served is amazing! I ate like a queen :) The cacao tour was very nice and it only made me even more passionate of chocolate, enjoy & savor it before you leave Much gratitude to have met everyone here & to be part of this hidden gem 😊🌺

Blue dot is not just a hostel. Its a magical place, where you instantly feel at home, surrounded by forest everywhere you look. There is an incredible river 5 min from the hostel to refresh and connect with nature. Delicious vegan food made with love, dogs to cuddle and super comfy beds. Its an adventure to get there, but totally worth it!

Our host Angela was a true angel !! She didnt only support me through the whole booking and traveling process she also made our stay an unforgettable adventure! From having breakfast with a panoramic view till the snow topped mountains to nights under the starlit sky falling asleep hearing the mysterious jungle sounds. My stay at Cabaña Buenos Aires was absolutely amazing, Carlos and Daisy made my stay wonderful, they truly created a little heaven here.. The room was very comfortable with everything that I needed, Daisy made an absolute delicious breakfast every morning and I even had some dinners that I additionally ordered, which were high quality food for a great price. Carlos was very willing to help out with any query that I would have and gave me many advice on what to do and where to go. I was so happy with the place, that instead of staying four nights I booked another additional four nights. I felt so much at home! To anyone considering a place in Palomino I highly recommend this place, it's ten minutes walk from the centre, and close to everything but the same time nice and quiet and peaceful, a very special place!

Friendly environment Staying in a hostel is like visiting family. You feel very good, safe, relaxed here. Jackson is a very friendly, kind, helpful host and a very clean person. He still has a smile on his face. The place is nice, clean, very quiet. The breakfasts are varied, good, I was very pleased that there is a slightly different breakfast every day. I rate it as the best stay in Colombia. At the same time, in terms of atmosphere, it is among the best of all the countries I have visited.
