I had a wonderful stay! The customer service was absolutely amazing—everyone was kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The place itself is spectacular, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. This is a fantastic choice close to the Pereira Airport -- it's a family-run operation and it's clear that they take a lot of care in running their hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and the room was cozy. It's a block from a nice restaurant to have dinner. The hotel called a taxi for me at 5:30 AM for my early AM flight. I couldn't have been more pleased with this choice of lodging.

The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice trip, coordinating rides, tours etc and making some great recommendations. The rooms themselves are the most modern I’ve ever been in Colombia. Really comfortable and the family room was a great layout for us.
