The view and surroundings are incredible. You’re literally staying in the middle of the jungle. A great opportunity to observe wild animals in their natural habitat, just from the terrace. Clean rooms and well maintained property.

Beautiful hotel, with the most stunning views across to volcano arenal. Felt incredibly special to stay there - and the staff were really really lovely. Food was great at the restaurant (we had a lunch and a dinner there - both excellent). Also beautiful gardens with frogs and animals and hummingbirds. Idyllic.

loved it! great location, fantastic volcano-view, spacious and clean house, very helpful staff - we even had a spontanious night walk free of charge to search for frogs! :D delicious breakfast as well

The location is not in town but is very pretty and also the grounds are lovely. The staff are great. The hotel is also close to many activities such as the hanging gardens, Mount Arenal, and ATV trips for example. There is the option of either rooms more like in a hotel or self contained cabins. The option of two pools is great too. If one is busy there is always the other. I would recommend the rooms top floor furthest away but best views and lovely big rooms.

The view is exceptional, the staff is very nice and the food in the restaraunt is very good. You can order tours to nearby locations and staff will help you managing that. The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable and they have all one needs to have a relaxing holiday near nature. There is also a cool hiking trail through the jungle thdt circles back to the hotel and a swimming pool with an absolutely amazing view. Big thanks to Natalia and the rest of the crew for making our holiday so special!

Great location, nice staff, in the middle of the nature you can see so many plants and animals, it’s just great ! The cacao tour is really worth it and the guide is incredible he knows everything about nature in Costa Rica ! It’s the 3rd time I stay here and I would stay there again and again!
