The staff was incredible. The receptionists Rachel and Krystel helped us plan the perfect activities for our stay. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere and the food was good. Erik's attention to detail and friendliness made our meals a pleasure. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable.

Favorite place that we stayed in CR. We were fortunate enough to have the place to ourselves since it was off peak season. The nature was amazing we even saw a sloth in the tree. There were lots of birds as well. The rooms were so spacious and everyone was so attentive. GREAT location as well. Truly cannot recommend this place more.

We did the ficus and farm visit excursions and absolutely loved both of them, as did our 10 year old son. The location, room size and staff were all excellent too.

The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was really nice with a rain shower and beautiful concrete looking tile. Wonderful view of the lawn and trees where we saw agouti, tucans, and other birds. The pool was nicer than the picture on booking.com. It’s large and they really warmed it up during the cool evenings so we could still get in.

Everything was superb! The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location so that you can walk to everything. It sits high up above the town so the views are great. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of selection (I loved the locally made yogurt and granola!). The hosts, Joan and Ronald, are incredibly friendly (as is all staff) and clearly passionate about the local people. They have a heart for improving the lives/education of the local children. It’s nice to know that while enjoying our own family vacation we are enabling change in this wonderful community ❤️

This stay at Way to Heaven Glamping was an absolute dream! Nestled in the heart of Monteverde, the location offered both tranquility and adventure. Waking up surrounded by rainforest sounds and spotting wildlife right from my doorstep was an unforgettable experience. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting me with booking a taxi back to San Jose. Don't miss the delicious on-site restaurant and the nearby zip line for an extra adrenaline rush! Highly recommend this unique and beautiful glamping experience.

The view is incredible and isolated. The house is well designed and well equipped, we made our own meals and there's a large supermarket nearby. The apartment is only 5 minutes of driving from the city center. Andrea is a great host and made a short walking trail full of butterflies in the property, as you can see in the photos. highly recommended!

Our room was spectacular! We had a view of the sunset every night and went to sleep with the screen door open to peaceful sounds of the forest. We saw lots of wildlife on the property including coatis, agoutis, and many birds including a Crested Guan and a Montezuma Oropendolo in the tree right by our porch! The restaurant was delicious and all of the hotel staff were amazing. They helped us book a ziplining tour and a birdwatching tour with a private guide where we saw the famous quetzal. It was pure heaven.
