We had a wonderful stay at Awa, a boutique hotel located on one of the most beautiful beaches on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Their attitude and professionalism were truly outstanding, far surpassing service standards we’ve experienced in many European locations. The rooms were exactly as pictured, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The room with the balcony and garden view is simply perfect, so much wildlife you can see from there. During our stay we enjoyed bird watching, we also saw a couple of sloths, frogs and so much more. The breakfast is super good, they offer three options for breakfast. There’s coffee available 24/7 at the reception. The beach is so clean, peaceful, secluded. We love villas del caribe, try to go there at least one a year. My favorite place in the Caribbean

Wauw, what a amazing place. We've spend about 3 weeks in Costa Rica en we shaved the best for last. We stayed here for 2 night. Amazing place, and the owner, Andrea, is really lovely. Would definitely recommend. Hope to see you again somewhere in the future Andrea!

The location is wonderful, across from a beautiful beach and in the trees with monkeys. It stormed twice while we were there so we enjoyed that. It’s quiet, clean and although shared accommodation is on site the volunteers are quiet.
