The ambiance was peaceful. There was no pressure of any kind. The communal spaces were peaceful and comfortable. The staff was truly amazing. Although we were not able to see Poas Volcano as the park was closed, spending a little more time at the lodge was an unexpected gift.

The location is not far from Poas Volcano. Host was very nice and gave us a lot of valuable recommendations. The property is really big, has a few bathrooms, a lot of beds and balcony with the nice view.

We were very happy to stay at this lovely small hotel with a beautiful garden and friendly hosts 🌸 The spacious, well-kept garden is wonderful, with funny rabbits freely hopping around🥰 Everything is very clean, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. From the time we arrive we felt more than welcomed.. everything was prepared for us in the most effective way..the location of the hotel was like a fairytale..our room has a fantastic view ..the breakfast was so hommy and delicious.. And above all I have to say that the owner was so kind and friendly and generous..she make everything she could to make our stay a fantastic experience.

Very nice staff who gave me two extra blanketts because of the low temperature that night. The bungalow is very simple but good enough for your needs, with fridge and kitchenutensils and coffee for free.

Interesting place, a perfect point to start a visit to the Volcano Poás, outstanding view from the room, very kind and helpful staff and very good food in the restaurant. Good prices. Little complaint: it was quite cold inside during the night.

This was absolutely the best place we stayed at for our whole trip. We only stayed one night based on our travel plans but wished we would have been able to stay longer. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The views were unbeatable and offered a very relaxing atmosphere.

    Good roads but narrow as usual thru towns. Different landscape with the farms and greenhouses and coffee plantations in rolling hills. Waterfalls. Loved the drifting clouds coming up the valleys in the evening. Cool evenings and warm days.

    We went to La Paz Waterfall gardens and it was an amazing...

    We went to La Paz Waterfall gardens and it was an amazing place. You could easily spend an entire day there. Also the area is known for strawberries. We bought some from a roadside stand and they were delicious.

    This hotel is a heaven on earth. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area. The rooms are spacious and quite. Breakfast was great but you should also try their dinner menu - everything we tried was delicious. There are many areas in the property where you can enjoy the views and nature. Try their own walking trails on the property!
