Fantastic views, great location away from the noise of restaurants and main road. 5 mins from the beach and a great swimming pool to cool during the hot day. Need a car if you stay here.. Overall we had a fantastic stay!!!🙂🙂

House is located in a magical area just opposite the beach with loads of amenities near by. The sunset view is a bonus. Can easily park at least 3 cars in driveway. Swimming pool is great with plenty of sun beds, and a shower. House was clean throughout and had all the appliances a home should have. Comfortable beds with all bedrooms having air conditioning units. 2/3 rooms have in suite toilets with a shower and there is a common toilet with a bath. The 2 in suite rooms have a double bed each and the 3rd room has 3 single beds which is convenient for a big company to sleep. Living room is cosy with a Smart TV and the big sofa can easily sleep another person. House also provides 2 fans. Outside area is great with loads of trees to provide shade and tables with plenty of chairs. Cypriot style barbecue in place and working as expected. Host was very accommodating and even allowed us with an early check in.

Everything you need for self catering and some. Complentary coffee,wine and all the cleaning products you would ever need. Really handy to have a washing machine,tv all channels all free. Air con which I only used on last morning as it was raining and chilly. Will always come to stay here

I cannot believe this hotel has only 2 stars, it deserves many more! The rooms are great, the view towards the beach is absolutely breathtaking, the breakfast is homemade and tasty, and the family that owns the hotel is simply wonderful. It is also situated perfectly - steps from the hotel lead down to the best beach in the area.

    My stay at this property was an absolute nightmare from the...

    My stay at this property was an absolute nightmare from the moment we walked in. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. The entire accommodation was shockingly unsanitary and clearly has not been properly cleaned or maintained in a very long time. The most pressing issue was the presence of visible mold on the walls and in the bathroom, which created a powerful, musty odor that was both nauseating and a serious health concern. The floors were filthy, and dust and grime were everywhere. It was impossible to feel comfortable or safe in such a unhygienic environment. We immediately contacted the property manager to address these severe issues, but they were unhelpful. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation, as staying there was not an option. This property should not be listed on Booking.com. It is a health hazard and a complete rip-off. I am utterly appalled by the condition of this place and strongly urge anyone considering it to book elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. Overall Rating: 1/10 - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Nea Dimmata is a quiet coastal village in Cyprus, perfect for those who want to escape the crowds and unwind far from busy tourist resorts. Here, life moves at a slower pace, surrounded by unspoiled nature and serene sea views. The area is dotted with hidden beaches—some only accessible via rough tracks—so renting a 4-wheel SUV is the best way to explore. We enjoyed lovely meals in the local taverns, where the food was delicious and the people warmly welcoming. It’s an ideal base for a peaceful getaway, with plenty of adventure just around the corner.
