The appartment have all you need for a stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook, grill and bake. There is even a dishwasher. shower has several types of shampoo and body soap and even sunscreen. living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV with Netflix, board games and inflatables for the pool. The balcony is large and has a beautiful view. The rooms have good lighting and even a night light for a child. There is a washing machine. Overall, the apartment is decorated very pleasantly and invitingly. Our host, Pavel was very welcome and helped whenever we need.

Excellent place to stay in Paralimni. We loved the apartment from each side. 2 balcony, fully equipped kitchen including wash and dish machines, 2 bedrooms with a lot of space to store your items, 2 bathrooms, AC unit in each room, private dedicated parking lot, TV set, large living room. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a lot of sun during the day. Also available swimming pool in exterior, separate swimming pool for children including sunbeds for each swimming pool. We can only recommend apartment. Host is very friendly and supportive with quick response for any questions.

Good bus service if you know which bus timetable! Something to do for everyone and every age. Lovely beaches just get there early. Been many times before and we'll be back again. Kapparis is quieter than protarus and pernera but plenty bars and great restaurants. Staff are great too. Pig and whistle, mambos and twilight bar (George and helen) are our favourites. But everywhere is good. Try "no plates" in paralimni it is what it says!! Further out mousikos and old simos exceptional always book.

Cyprus Sun was very convenient for us, as we visit this area twice a year and this was the best location we have found so far. It is mid-placed between Paralimini and Kapparis, which are the 2 areas we frequent the most, particularly loved for all its coves which provide the best areas for swimming, snorkelling and if you are lucky you will also see a turtle!

It’s very clean, excellent supermarkets, easy to drive and park, lots of great shops, the people are friendly. Very easy to drive to Ayia Napa, protaras, and other nearby villages, everything is a 10-15 minute drive away. Can not recommend this villa and location more highly!!!

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle...

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

This property is very well equipped and feels like a real home; there were many extras eg SUP board which enhanced our stay. The outdoor area has generous seating and relaxing space and there are 2 large TVs inside. The property manager is extremely friendly and helpful and the pool was cleaned weekly. The local beach, Malama, is only a short walk away and is one of the nicest beaches in Cyprus. Beautiful clear water and a fantastic beach bar. Highly recommend this property and area.

Host Natalia was friendly and communicated well before our stay and during our stay. The accommodation was very clean, new fridge and new washing machine. Air conditioners were working well and water pressure in the shower was strong. Location was good. Quiet area and easy access to the highway to exits to Paralimni and Ayia Napa. Would recommended this place again to anyone looking to stay there.
