My stay at Herbal Hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking view that made the experience unforgettable. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was perfect! Spacious room, big bathroom and balcony. The location is really good, it is in the centre of Protaras, the Fig Tree Bay and the Vrissiana Beach are 5 min to walk. The room was very clean and the pool war cool. The breakfast was tasty and various!

It was excellent experience of staying in the modern and professionally managed hotel, all staff are very friendly and ready to help, adjust to your needs and operate as one big family. Lisa is the heart of this house and evrything is kept in caring hands. Beach is absolutely adorable . Kitchen is of high quality.

Great hotel, great location, excellent service. The apartments are beautiful, the hotel is super clean, daily impeccable cleaning, service is very attentive. They offer breakfast, but no lunch or dinner, but they suggested to us the restaurant opposite, The garden of Eden, which has the best food of the area and we either had dinner there or did take- away (there is also a nice playground in the restaurant so that kids can enjoy the evening as well). The hotel has a beautiful garden, big swimming pool and a playground. And free raking. It is one minute drive from Makronissis beach, 1 from the MUSAN and only 4 from the nicest beach in Ayia Napa (Nissi beach). We will definitely return!

Breakfast was good. The staff who worked in the morning was awesome! She always had a smile on her face early in the morning and even making jokes. Loved her! The location was really good, I don’t mind outdoor sound at all, I honestly can’t sleep if it’s totally quiet. So, for me this was perfect. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if one wants peace and quiet, but if you don’t mind it - go for it! Everything about this hotel was good for me.
