It is a short drive from the Macocha abyss and Punkva caves.
It is a short drive from the Macocha abyss and Punkva caves. It would have been nice to visit more caves and do some hill-walking. We stayed in Brno separately, but unless you want evening entertainment there, it is close enough (20 min drive) to visit from Křtiny (Villa Tugendhat is a must-see there). In Křtiny, we also found a nice café/bar just behind the post office and there is another restaurant opposite. There is a friendly atmosphere in the place. Everybody says hello. Zámek Křtiny - being run by Mendel University Brno - is surely a great place for conferences. Equally great for weddings (with the church next door and nice scenery).Guest review bybkirsteGermany
