This charming, boutique hotel offers newly renovated, modern, spacious and sparkling clean accommodations. The lovingly restored gothic building showcases original stonework throughout and evokes the town's medieval heritage with clean architectural lines. The service is impeccable and the owner often personally attends to your needs. Breakfast is delicious, freshly prepared (sometimes to order) and offers the kind of variety you'd expect at a large, high-end resort, minus the crowds or price tag. To be honest, we did not expect the hotel to be so comfortable. Check-in was easy, the room is spacious, the restaurant is perfect, the breakfast is generous and tasty, and the people are friendly and helpful. The bed is wonderful. Our stay was a total relaxation.
