We were coming for a weekend full of dance workshops in Žďár. We didn't spend much time in the accomodation, but it was great for what we needed. Good location, quiet, well equipped shared kitchen and private bathroom, clean. Staff was friendly and we have nothing to complain about.

We were in Zdar for our annual visit with friends who live there. We couldn't get our preferred Airbnb so we booked at the HUL -- a place we'd noted on our previous visit. It will stay on our preferred list since it was such a positive experience on many levels. The rooms, baths, and breakfasts were very satisfactory and stress-free. The staff was professional, helpful, and kind. The lunches and dinners at the co-located Poppet were excellent ways to learn about the local cuisine. The location in the heart of the town makes it walkable to much you'd want or need in Zdar. It even has a fine long view of the Zelena Hora, Zdar's signature site.
