Customer service and relaxation and total service was the priority of this Hotel. The manager was so impressive and totally devoted to ensuring that her customers were looked after and every need was catered for quickly. This service was amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a wonderful time on the Bavarian lake

    Excellent staff, very kind, helpful people where everything is possible. Great refurbished rooms, breakfast area is still old traditional style with basic breakfast but good quality. Very quiet location and nearby the main roads and lakes, good starting point for daytrips.
