Beautiful location on Germany,s biggest lake. Rooms very comfortable with excellent toiletries. Staff could not be more helpful. Dinner was really dilicious, best burger I have eaten in a while Soft and succulent, with really crispy chips. Breakfast served in a different dining room overlooking the lake. The selection of items so many you really could not taste it all. Having only spent one night there we shall be returning for a weekend, the area has much to see. Lovely big carpark for free. Even your pooch is welcome.

Super lovely hotel, great sized room with large, comfortable bed and modern shower room. The presentation of the room and throughout the hotel was gorgeous with numerous Art Nouveau and Victorian furniture & antiquities. Beautiful garden sloping to the lake. The continental breakfast was just perfect, superb choice and beautifully presented (10/10 for sustainability as very little single use plastic) The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Facilities and room were in great and cosy condition. Breakfast was awesome with lots of dishes to choose from. The property is located very close to nature and hiking trails, but the old town of Plön is still easy to reach by walking, which is especially very nice if you choose to do a little detour and walk along the lake.

A hidden Gem. Could not have imagined a prettier place in this pretty lake side town of Plön. Everything in walking distance. Few hundred steps from the train station. House was very well equipped with full kitchen with all the essentials. Complimentary wine and chocolates were a bonus

    The hotel enjoys an excellent lakeside position with each room having a lake view. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection and the fresh bread was from the oven. We took an evening meal on two of the nights we stayed. There was good choice and the food was well prepared and presented. The staff were very accommodating, being courteous and helpful. Access to the lake boat to Plon was nearby and a great way to travel and explore.
