This is not a corporately-owned hotel, and you can tell. It simply felt more human and less business-orientated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we had a highly enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good, with a buffet of everything you might possibly want. The Germans are good at breakfast, and if you looked carefully, you could even find hot bacon, sausages and scrambled egg as well as fresh bread rolls, ham, cheese, salami and suchlike. There's also a good selection of teas, with a kettle to hand to make sure the water really is boiling. That's a huge step up on most hotels on the Continent. One to keep, I think.

We were arriving late and hotel staff contacted us and gave instructions how to get in. The breakfast was excellent with very nice collection of different varieties. The room was cozy and clean. Bed was very good. All in all, we liked everything.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff were as always, polite and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a big and varied selection. The rooms are a good size, and there is tea and coffee available on the ground floor. The public areas of the hotel are nicely decorated with themes of the seasons

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff, easy access. It is beside a service station so we were a bit concerned about the lack of secure parking for our motorbike. However it was very quiet at night so no problem.

Nice and quiet area, shops nearby. Very welcoming, spacious property, friendly and extra helpful landlady that was going above and beyond to offer us everything we needed. I loved the area and the community,we would definitely recommend this property.

    Very well maintained family hotel, large rooms, confortable beds and armchairs, perfectly clean, large and spotlessly clean bathroom, two restaurants in the hotel (brasserie option, wine bar option), superb outdoor terrace for dinner, almost romantic, good overall decoration although very classical, nice welcoming staff, good breakfast, right in the center of the village (the main pedestrian shopping street starts in front of the hotel, free parking in the hotel (outdoor).     Easy check-in with clear instructions sent earlier by the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, equipped with toiletries and all the basics. A free bottle of water was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast with plenty of options, served from 7:00 AM. There was no problem keeping the bicycle inside the hotel, which is a big bonus for those traveling by bike.
