Had a double room which was very spacious and clean. Both room and bathroom (quite large) recently renovated. (Apparently all rooms have been recently - last 2 years renovated). Good assortment of options for breakfast.

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Felt like a real home with personal touches. The living room was lovely, with an amazing window onto a balcony and 180 degree view. The kitchen was fully equipped, but was missing the dinner plates. Comfortable large bed and nice linen. Good bathroom with hot water. Lots of power points and good wifi. The location was good for us. We liked being in a quiet and safe area of a small town, with easy access to the Black Forest. Free car parking was right in front of the accomodation. Good communication with the host, and an easy contactless check in.

    We came to spend the Easter weekend without any expectation.

    We came to spend the Easter weekend without any expectation. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful town and even more when someone told us there was going to be a Easter Monday Market. People were super friendly and great atmosphere. The drive from Munich was super easy, will come by again.

    Breakfast was a good spread and delicious. The property is just a walk away from the nearest forest trail and also a nice walk to town for dinner. The view from the room is beautiful, the serenity around the area is perfect for a good deep rest. We could enjoy afternoon tea with home baked cakes after the walk at the cafe. The rooms seems newly renovated, very clean with amenities similar to that of a hotel. The owners are friendly. I would highly recommend this property.

    Great hotel, very nice and comfortable. Super clean throughout. Very friendly staff that made it a very enjoyable experience. Dinner in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Very good value for money. We can highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. Beautiful hiking region directly from the hotel.
