Excellent breakfast served with a smile. Christine was at reception for both arrival and departure. Outstandingly friendly and efficient. The hotel is very close to the Aotobahn making it a great place for a stopover.

    We liked very much our one night stay in Dötlingen and would like to return another time. Excellent breakfast buffet. And very delicious dinner in the cozy restaurant. A very quiet room in a building nearby called "Remisen". The hotel is a short way from motorway 1 /exit no. 60/Wildeshausen.

    Really nice old German country hotel but with an up to date modern feel. For Germany a really good breakfast with a good selection of food. Dinner was also really nice with plenty of options for vegans/vegetarians. There’s an EV charger across the road which was very handy and it’s all very close to the motorway.

    We stay at Gut Altona every time we travel across EU. It’s conveniently located and absolutely top quality hotel. Full comfort, fantastic restaurant, best breakfast ever, very clean and friendly staff. We travel with a dog and areas around offer fantastic walks.
