We especially liked the location and the style of this hotel in old town Wetzlar! It is a half-timbered building that has been modernized, and done so very well. Our room was small, but that can be expected when staying in historic buildings. Despite the size, we did have every thing we needed. It was also neat and tidy! The best part was a little surprise built into the wall, but I will not spoil it here ;)

Quiet room, with a view towards the river. Confortable beds. The shape and size of the shower cabin, quality of the pipes and the shower gel made for the best shower experience in my week-long road trip.

Great location - shops and restaurants in the same street. But very quiet at the same time. Very spacious room with great air conditioning. Everything is new and neat. Highly recommend for staying in Wetzlar (old city is just 30 mins easy walking away).
