Everything during my stay was absolutely seamless and perfect. The apartment was clean, well-prepared, and very comfortable. I really appreciate your kindness in arranging everything I requested before my arrival, especially considering it was a public holiday. The only small thing I noticed was that a few basic items, like shampoo, body soap, and laundry detergent, were missing. Feldberg is a beautiful town and when there is snow, it most definately would be a nice ski-resort. However, we forgot to order the snow 😉. The hotel was in great location but the other parameters were bad - the service was bad ' the staff were not nice and not ready to help , the breakfast was very poor - we were exttremely dissapointed of this hotel as it had great recommendations which turned our not to be true !!! Feldberg as a town was not an interesting place and there was nothing there to see or do - maybe for children but not for couples !!!Guest review byMaromIsrael
