Firstly I really like being greeted by Vladimir. He was very nice, gentle & especially had a great great sense of hospitality by reminding us all the stuff about hours. Also later on before we left, he did not forget to wish us a great week ahead and a great German Unity Day. Now about the hotel, it's clean, cozy in our room. Though we can hear people playing around in the room next door (I think kids), it is still quiet and enjoyable for my partner and me.

The room was clean and really comfortable, looked just like the pictures advertised. It is located really close to the station. The receptionists were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Even the hallways smell really good!

Great place to stay while biking on Oder-Neisse Randweg. Comfy room with all you need, storing room for bikes, super friendly staff. I booked a room late in the afternoon but there was no problem with confirming my reservation and getting the room ready.

    Charming city on the Oder river where you can walk across the bridge to Poland and explore its twin town on the Polish side. Food cheap food go to the Polish side and for charm and great German beer stay on the German side. Definitely worth a long weekend visit.

    We have not stayed for long enough to form a reasoned opinion, but the behaviour, demeanour and attitude of the locals we encountered during a walk and food shopping were extremely negative. The city seems depressed. Across the river on the Polish side was much more lively and friendly. In short, I would stay here during a stop over to elsewhere, but there was nothing to make me think I would like to visit for the sake of visiting Frankfurt O Oder.

    A small but perfect Hotel. The staff were fantasic, nothing was too much trouble for them. I am temporarily disabled and I was given ever possible assistance. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was way above my expectations. The buffet had everything including smoked salmon and caviar to go with the eggs. It beats some 5 star hotels in this respect To sum up, everything a hotel shold be, and yes I will return and I recommend it to anyone travelling to Frankfurt Oder

    Old hotel but nice inside .it's a fair walk to the centre or railway station but next to a park and nice and quiet .I didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive.
