The staff was very kind and friendly. I "lost" my phone while checking in, thought I had left it in the taxi, turns out I put it into a sidepocked of my laptop bag which I didn't know existed if that makes sense.Therefore I was freaking out but the staff kept calm and tried to calm me down, they were very helpful by helping me search and trying to reach the taxi driver on the phone. Fortunately I found my phone in this mysterious sidepocked. We loved it there. It was clean, it was spacious and the hotel is very well connected to the airport (20min drive), to the metro (1min walk) and to the train station (15min walk, 3min by car). 100% rebooking this place if we will be in Frankfurt the next time. Oh and they have a rooftop bar on the 47th floor and I believe they told us it's the highest rooftop bar in Europe. Unfortunately, we didn't find time to visit the bar because we had a full schedule (we were the for a convention at Messe Frankfurt) but we would love to visit it next time.

Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly. Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice. Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.

    We like Frankfurt. I think it does not get enough credit. We like to walk along the each side of the river. We found many charming cafes to sit and rest in. We find the public transportation system very good. The train station is impressive and easy to manage.

    The city was beautiful with a very good sense of the old mixed with new. Well worth visiting. This was my second time to visit. Frankfurt is also excellently located to access the Rail Network, We visited by train Köln (Cologne), Heidelberg and Idsteiner always returning to Frankfurt. The locals were always very helpful in explaining or translating. The shopping is excellent

    Very happy with the close location to the central station Staff were very helpful and happy, excellent Room very clean and comfortable, bit small but we managed I was worried about the privacy of window even though we had heavy curtains I feel a sheer curtain would help Close to the river, 5 minute walk 20 minute walk to city centre and old town to the city centre One of the most beautiful old towns in Germany Heavy police presence around the central station. It is very intimidating with un desirables. 3-4 days was enough for a short visit

    While being a short (stopover) stay, Frankfurt was an unexpected surprise during our train travel between Paris and Prague. We stayed for 2 nights (1 and a half days) and had plenty of places to visit and things to do.

    Lovely hotel with a beautiful view of the Main River, and the Frankfurt city skyline. Easy access to the New Old Town, shopping district and perfectly located for a long walk/run along the river. The trip from the airport was 15 minutes by taxi (outside of peak hour). We arrived hours before check in time, and the hotel allowed an early check, for which we were incredibly grateful for.

    It's not close to the main station however close to Lokalbanhof , which offers transportation to all parts of Frankfurt , the city centre is in walkable distance . the area much quiet and this is a small hotel however the owner very friendly and helpful , thank you .
