We stayed in room number 5 and the room was quite big! There was a clothing room, huge bathroom, separate table and 2 chairs for working/studying. Almost like a flat! Bedding and towels were super clean. AC was nicely working. Our experience was perfect. Additionally if you get sick quickly by direct exposure from the AC, room 5's AC is cleverly positioned as it does not hit you directly but also cools the air. Thank you very much dear Casa Constanza, you will always be our first choice in Friedrichshafen!

I must appreciate the way staff help us during critical time, one of my friend had injury & she couldnt walk, hotel staff were so helpful they quickly provided us necessary information and booked taxi to hospital, we were delighted to see the gesture during our stay, warm breakfast and super cleaned rooms. Everything is worth what we spent. And hotel is at walkable distance from promenade & central station.

    I only stayed 1 night, as a stop on my way to Italy. Lovely city, I will for sure go back (and likely tour the whole lake). Only downside is to get there: roads were packed as hell, with lots of traffic jams. Much like the Italian lakes.

    Beautiful setting with Lake Constance as natural attraction, coupled with the annual AERO Friedrichshafen airshow it is an excellent place to visit for both business and leisure travelers. The only "challenge" is the last miles of getting there. Because it is not a first-tier city, flight connection for the international travelers into FDH is not easy, one must either drive or take a train or ferry by flying to a nearby first-tier city. Perhaps better arrangements can be made, especially during the AERO or other major global events.

    The town was in a hibernation in February.

    The town was in a hibernation in February. Meaning lots of places were closed. The place is mostly visited by German tourists because the people in the town aren't speaking very well the English language. Thanks to my wife that could understand a bit of German and to the people that were very understandable to our broken German language, we've managed to find a way of communication. The prices - are pricey. Touristic place of course. The town was clean, and near Switzerland and Austria which we visited of course. We've loved that in the restaurants the cooks were adjusting our chosen dish in order to fit it to our keto diet. This means a lot when the restaurants are flexible to each customer. Friedrichshafen is meant to be visited in the warm season, not the cold one due to the extremely clean lake Constance where you can swim and rest. We have visited in the cold season because we needed a place to stay near Switzerland and Austria and Bavaria of course. We have traveled by car which offered us the opportunity in a week to visit lots of places like Black Forest, Neuschwanstein castle, Munchen, Wuertzburg, Rottenburg ob de Tauber, Meersburg, Lindau, Neuhausen am Rheinfall in Switzerland, and Pfänder mountain in Austria. Hope this recommendation will help other travelers.

    The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed staying there...

    The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed staying there however th access stairs had a terrible odour but pnce inside the aparent the smell was gone. If the owner would do something about the odour the apartment would be perfect.

    I really like the place.

    I really like the place. It was a clean place biger that expected and showed in the pictyres. the location was really nice close to Aldi, close to the lake, and if you travel with the car it was really good for traveling to Zurich, Liochtenstine. at a fration of the places located in Switzerland and Lichtenstine. A really good choice for a small winter holiday family trip. Also good to travel to Lichtenstine sky pass. (1.5/ 2h drive). The lake it is really colose, you can also have a lake walck during the afternoon or morning, A lost of people runing, one of the best places to run in the mornings or afternoons. :) I have only good things to say for this place. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. from my side it was one of the best experiences and it was more that we expect from this place. I am planing to go back if possible. I defenetley recomand this place.

    Friedrichshafen is an interesting place to visit with lovely...

    Friedrichshafen is an interesting place to visit with lovely walks through the lakeside park and views to the Alps. There are plenty of places to eat and shops to browse. Everywhere is very clean, tidy and well maintained. We came for a particular reason which was to visit the Zeppelin Museum and to take a fight on a Zeppelin from the hangar near to the airport. Regular ferries cross the lake to Konstance which is well worth a visit.

    This hotel is in great location, just a few minutes walk from the shores of the Lake Konstanz (Bodensee). The hotel itself was newly refurbished and everything was immaculate. Staff were very pleasant. Was late arriving and so ate in the hotel restaurant and can recommend as the ambience and food were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay ion this hotel again if I return to this area.

    We have spent three AEROs at Haus Josephine and we feel like we’re coming home each time we visit. Everything is clean and in place for your stay, plus a grocery store around the corner can supply whatever you need. It’s only 10-12 min from the Messe or central Friedrichshafen. Lovely garden and deck too!
