Things I liked: Great hostess, it's basically a house in which a lovely lady lives in a part of the house down stairs separate from the guest quarters but always available for assistance and the first floor 3 rooms and a kitchen with a electric stove, freezer, sink, tables, basically everything you need if you choose not to eat out and cook yourself a meal or chill some cheap beer from the store nearby. Room was comfortable with a big bed, 2 sets of blankets, towels, a tv, closet, controllable heaters, 2 windows, very quiet, very clean, nice bathroom with a shower cabin. Price was great for some conditions i didn't even have in a 4 star hotel. I highly reccomend a stay here if you are in the area. The place is basically 3 train stations away from the center of berlin, meaning a 30 min train trip. The house also has a nice backyard and a place to sit at a table and throw a few cold ones and I bet if you ask nicely, the lady there might even hook you up with a barbecue. All the best and looking forward to another stay. Cheers!

We got the top rooms, they were more isolated than the most so we had a quiet stay. We were awfully late to check in, but the staff waited for us to come and were super friendly. This hotel allows you to choose the breakfast time so you can sleep in if you are coming for leisure. The breakfast food was nice. WiFi was surprisingly fast for a German hotel, It was fast enough for video meetings! All of the staff were friendly and spoke English.

    Haus am Spreebogen is an exceptional, inexpensive hotel. My room was very spacious and clean, if a bit plain and simple (perfectly fine for the price). The real highlight of this place is its staff. I arrived very late, after the front desk closed, and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make sure my check-in will be smooth regardless. Friendliest people ever.

    Haus am Spreebogen was a cute nice hotel, with very nice and helpful staff that made me feel welcomed. The location was beatiful. Waking up to a lake view on a early fall morning was amazing and going on a walk after breakfast was perfect. It is also close to the town centre and only 10 mins walk from the train station.
