Hotel Muller was great value and apparently takes in guests booked into Anker when the owner decides to give the room to others despite clear telephone calls from/to me when a train was cancelled. Agreed by mein Host we could arrive any time for room 6. So we went for a meal by Hotel Muller. At 1015 pm no.key but a pair of boots outside our room. Learnt this establishment has recently been taken over, and hence the lack of recent reviews. AVOID or bring a tent, just in case.Guest review byJimUnited Kingdom

The hotel was ideally located for cycling excursions along the Elbe and in the countryside, there was a safe enclosure off the courtyard where I could safely lock up my bike, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable for a 2 week stay. I liked that there was a microwave, fridge, washing machine and a small kitchenette. The hotel was located in a remote place where you can find a lot of peace and quiet. In front of the hotel there is a farm with horses, I enjoyed watching them.
